"Is It Rare?" ~ Rare Blue Spiked Collar

So I'd rate it like between 4 & 5.
 Pretty darn rare!

1 would be like a necklace. 5 would be a founder.

    I don't think spikes are that rare, they aren't beta and they are in adventure
