Rainbow Armor Theory

Guys, don't get mad at me if this isn't correct,
....but didn't Rainbow Armor come out around the same time as gay marriage was legalized in the USA?
Maybe that's why it's rainbow?

Okay I know this is just a shot in the dark, but let me know what you think.

    Yeah, I've been thinking that too, but didn't the Rainbow Armor set come out before Congress legalized LGBT+ marriage in all states? (I forgot. :p)
