I need advice.

Okay..
So lately I've just been a little down in the dumps because of some personal things going on in my life. I'm not gonna go into details here, but let's just say I'm constantly stressed and paranoid about things. It makes me feel sometimes that my life is somewhat of a waste. I don't know.. I just wish I could stress less. I'm looking for a way to calm myself down in times like these. All of you seem so nice and happy, I don't know if you could relate well. But if you have any comforting words or pieces of advice, please note them in the comments section. Thank you guys so much, you're what motivates me to wake up sometimes.

  1. No Fang. Everyone- EVERYONE- was put into this world for a REASON. A GOOD reason. To make someone happy, to save something, to help someone- there's always a reason for being put on this world. Fang- no one's life is a waste. You are one of the kindest people I've ever met, Fang- and don't worry, you're not alone. Everyone has their cons in life, and you can't let them slow you down.

Just live your life in joy, because we're all here for a reason.

  2. Fang: if you are stressed try to find something that you can just relax into. Like when ever I'm stressed I read a book or sleep.... It helps for me.
    I hope this helped

    1. You aren't an attention hog. Everybody goes through a series of ups and downs in their life. You aren't asking for attention, you're asking for advice, and that is two very different things. :)

Life gets hard, but it is most definitely worth it! <3

  5. Your life is not a waste. Think about it...you were born by a miracle. The likelihood of you being born with your EXACT personality was basically a 1/1 millionth chance. That means that you are blessed, and most definitely worth it.

It's hard to be happy all the time, and I struggle with this, too. Sometimes you feel really alone in this world, and think it's impossible to relate to others and their seemingly 'perfect' lives. That is not true. Everybody has daily struggles, but some more than others.

Stress/paranoia over a long period of time is very taxing on your body and your mind if you constantly worry about things, though. Have you ever felt fatigue or a little faint if you worried too much that day? Maybe you should find a way to get your mind off of things, like reading a book or listening to some music.

Sometimes when I'm really upset, I just listen to a certain song and it makes me realize this: My life really isn't that bad, not compared to other people who are starving or suffering. I have a home. I have a family. Some people don't.

The 1st and foremost step to maturity is learning and realizing how precious and important life is.

You are a miracle. That is the truth. :)

  6. You aren't a failure, Fangy.
You have a life, and you're lucky it's a beautiful one.
I have felt mutliple times in my life stress, depression, anger, sadness, the "tiredness-of-this-stupid-life-I-apparently-own" feeling, and many more feelings.
When my family learned my sister had cancer, we all started freaking out insidely but then we calmed down.
My sister learned how to enjoy the rest of her life, and sure, she was bullied at school and she was stressed lots of times at school too (she wasn't exactly the best student in grades and stuff), but she said she was happy she lived her life.
    Bless yours, Fang.
Even if you feel sick, tired and sad somedays and feel like nobody loves you (I can feel like once a week--then I'm completely overwhelmed by it and I can't think properly), still remember that once it's over, it's over.
Once the bad is over, it won't come back soon enough.
And once the happiness is over, keep the memories with you.

    Mythy

  7. Thank you guys all so much. I don't know what I would do without you. And, speaking honestly, not a lot of my real-life friends could relate.
