GOT A BEARD

Anyway, I got my hands on a beard.
I got a rare in an adventure and got a fox hat from trading it.
Traded fox hat for arctic hood.
Then traded the arctic hood for a den beta. Then traded that for a beard.
Wow.
So I have research and beards are really rare.
Is that true, considering that you can get them in The Forgotten Desert?
How rare are they?
